Christoph Puetz is a 22-year I.T. veteran who has worked as an individual contributor and in I.T. middle management. He has grown his own career from a non-I.T. profession (bank clerk) to working in help desk, system administration, networking, storage, information security, systems engineering, and last but not least to become a team lead and manager.
He has worked in many different industries and on many different, exciting projects. He made software for Wall Street, innovated for the health care industry, built a data center, architectured and implemented the complete virtual infrastructure for a Fortune 500 company, and played a major role in one of the most successful commercial launches in the Lifesciences industry.

He has worked in companies as small as 15 people all the way up to environments with 50,000+ users. His accomplishments include architecting the virtual infrastructure for the Panama Canal Widening Project; building out from scratch an I.T. service desk organization and related procedures; architecting the disaster recovery infrastructure for a Fortune 500 company.
Between 2002 and 2017 he owned and operated a small internet and I.T. service provider in Colorado. He built and operated websites attracting over 2 million unique visitors per year. Currently, Christoph manages several YouTube channels – including a niche channel related to his German heritage (Germans immigrated to the United States / channel is in German language).
Christoph holds/held several information technology and business-related certifications including ITIL Foundation, Certified Internet Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
